1st Day of Kindergarten and 2nd Grade

 Casen started Kindergarten this year!! Cannot believe it! He's still loving the Army and wants to be an Army guy or SWAT or police...changes daily! He still loves TKD and starts baseball in the fall!

 Casen's 1st Day of Kindergarten, Daddy's 1st day of his 21st year of teaching and Jocelyn's 1st day of 2nd Grade!

 This year they did things a bit different as they did registration, orientation, photos, PTA all a week before school started in one day! Pretty cool actually! Then they got their schedules at the end!

 Lining up for our 1st day. Jocelyn was pretty upset that none of her besties were in her class. BUT she quickly got over that once she saw a few friends! She's making new ones already!

 Casen lining up for his first day of kindergarten! He wasn't too nervous actually! He did really well! He actually wanted me to leave already! LOL! The teacher (Mrs. Collins) read a book to the kids called the Kissing Hand and then at the end the kids kissed their hands and blew us a kiss!

Summer Fun!

 Steve and I got away for our Anniversary this year! We went to Paso Robles!! Had such a fun time! It was crazy hot but with a nice breeze in the evening! We loved the hotel we stayed out. So relaxing!

 We even got to have lunch at Justin Wineries that has been completely redone since our last trip! We forgot just how far Justin is out in the middle of nowhere. But so worth it once you arrive!

 Trip to IKEA with daddy for school stuff!

 Jocelyn had a few "camp grandma" nights alone and Casen missed her so much he had to sleep in her bed!

 Descendants 2 came out and Jocelyn was immediately obsessed with Evie's character. Uma takes a close 2nd. We found this costume at Costco so we got it before it sold out for Halloween.

 Casen also likes to dress up! But he wear this fighter pilot outfit, his SWAT, police or other military outfits! He loves them all!

 We met the cousins a few times at the beach too! Merrick, Orin and Jensen!

 Disneyland of course was on the list several nights! We took a special trip when the train came back!

Museum of Ice Cream

 We were able to score some super hard to get tickets to the Museum of Ice Cream when it came to LA! We had such a fun day! We took the kids to get pizza first and then to the museum! So fun!!
