Big Sat. Night...

So Saturday night we watched Nicolas again. We had gotten Robin and Jeff a gift card for Christmas along with a "babysitting coupon" to go with it! After Nicolas woke up from his nap we deicded to ventured out for the first time alone with him! He even suckered us in to letting him wear half of his pajama's which would be a Thomas the Train shirt! Didn't match, but who wants to argue with a 2yr old right? So we took off to BJ's pizza! The 35 minute wait made us bit nervous but Nicolas handled it very well! Being that is was our first time out to dinner with him alone, we played it safe and asked for the check as soon as we ordered! Such a great idea, because as soon as we were done eating and it looked like Nicolas couldn't sit anymore, we could leave! The top pix shows Steve and Nicolas eating lemons! Nicolas loves "emons"! He makes the funniest faces when he eats them though! Beware he will fish a lemon out of your water with no problem!

We came back and taught him how to play Hungry Hungry Hippo...well sorta play! The concept of the game was a bit hard for Nicolas to understand so putting all the balls in the middle and going crazy trying to get your hippo to eat the balls was so much fun for him! Um can I tell you this is a very loud game too! Apparently one ball is already missing..we hope it's just in your pocket Nicolas and not in your tummy! Essh!

Ice Cream CAKE!

Back up back to March 19th! I didn't get a chance to post these pix of Steve's b'day ice cream cake. Most of you know that Steve's all time most favorite dessert...well "cake" is ICE CREAM CAKE! It must be from Baskin Robbins and it most definitely must be MINT Ice cream inside that yummy cake! So of course on his actual bday I had to come home with one. He was most surprised since I always pretend I'm going to make him one! HEEHEE! Surprise! Ice cream cake for you!

4 MONTHS!

OMG it's only 4 month until our wedding!
Major things we still have left to do are:
Pick the grooms/mens outfits
Pick food
Pick the flavor of cake..duh chocolate!
Book Chaircovers
Finish Invites
Finalize Music...Steve's job!
I don't feel like we are stressing about things like we should. Although I've been having terrible nightmares lately...maybe I'm channeling my stress while I sleep!?

Madalyn

We went to Jen and David's on Sunday to celebrate St.Patty's Day since Monday was full of activities already! We couldn't resist giving Maddy (their daugther and our flowergirl) an Easter Elmo..who knew they had that!! It even came with the ears! She loves Elmo! OH and it was the first time she said, "aunt kewree"! She became very attached to me and of course it made me melt! Notice her shirt!? It says, "hot tomato!" For sure she is on the road to being a Gamma Phi Beta!
She had a quick clothing change due to a wardrobe malfunction into her CSULB Seasame Steet shirt and sunglasses!

Our Flower Trial

We had a flower trial with Allison of Flower Allie! We LOVE how it came out. Although the bottom vase will be a 6" bowl and the ribbon will be a nice satin. We are going to do the feather's all around the bottom and a few around in between the flowers! So pretty!

This weekend we watched Nicolas for most of the day! We had such a great time. We went to the park and then came home and made cookies! It was a big mess but Nicolas had so much fun! Here are some photos of the day!
