While shopping for Emma's birthday gift (hello kitty purse and makeup) I found ONE Minnie Mouse "bella" in the girls section at Target! HAD to get it since Jocelyn kept talking about a Minnie Mouse bella whenever it rained!She was so excited when I showed her she wanted to go outside and test it right out! She then asked me to pour water on top of it! Genius! Of course-why not make sure it works right!???
This lasted for at least 10 minutes! For the record-it works just fine! She can't wait for the next rain now!
